1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

5.1 Seller Responsibilities

Users who post listings (“Sellers”) are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their listings. Sellers must:

Accurately describe the coin’s condition, year, country of origin, metal composition, and any defects;
Provide clear, original photographs of the actual item for sale;
Set prices in good faith and not engage in misleading pricing practices;
Honour agreed-upon prices and transaction terms;
Comply with all applicable export, import, and customs laws when shipping internationally;
Disclose any known legal restrictions on the coin (e.g., cultural heritage designations).

5.2 Buyer Responsibilities

Users who purchase or seek to purchase coins (“Buyers”) must:

Listings of prohibited items will be removed immediately. Repeat offenders will be permanently banned and may be reported to relevant authorities.
